Do Not Watch The Trailer For ClownTown If You Are Afraid Of Clowns

Trailer for new horror film ClownTown is going to keep you up at night. Especially if you are not fond of the red-nosed people.

From Krusty the Clown to Twisted Metal, and even old Ronald McDonald, there always seems to be something sinister with clowns. They are supposed to make children laugh, but in reality, many children are petrified just thinking about one.

Coulrophobia – a fear of clowns – has even been coined in the list of known phobias.

If you are one of the people suffering from a fear of big-shoed, face-painted men with a weird laugh, I’m not going to convince you to watch Tom Nagel’s trailer for ClownTown.

The movie is  about a group of friends who get stranded in a seemingly deserted small town, and find themselves stalked by a violent gang of psychopaths dressed as clowns. To make matters even more terrifying, rumors claim the film is inspired by events that took place in Bakersfield in California back in 2014, when a group of clowns terrorized the local populace.

No release date is available. Filming for ClownTown took place in 2015, so we expect a release sometime in 2016.
