Watch: The Lego Batman Movie Trailer Debuts At Comic-Con

A few short clips for The Lego Batman Movie have been released a few months ago. Now, at San Diego Comic-Con, we finally get a glimpse at an actual full length The Lego Batman Movie trailer.

The previous trailers for the Lego Batman Movie were ridiculously funny, but this time we get an actual glimpse at the plot of the comical take on the Dark Knight.

Following in the footsteps of the critically acclaimed The Lego Movie, the self proclaimed hero (and actual ego maniac) that is Batman, leads the way in this film. Voiced by Will Arnett (Arrested Development, Bojack Horseman), there is no doubt we’re in for some serious laughs. This is in stark contrast to live-action DC films, which are generally much darker in tone.

Zach Galifianakis stars as The Joker, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred, Michael Cera as the orphan Dick Grayson and Rosario Dawson as Barbara Gordon.

Chris McKay directs the movie, and producing are Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Scribe duties fall on Seth Grahame-Smith, Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, with additional screenplay material by Jared Stern & John Whittington.

The film is based on LEGO Construction Toys, in association with LEGO System AS.

The LEGO Batman builds on to screens February 10, 2017.
